John Deere PINK

My friend (& cousin) Tonya passed down some clothing to Berkley. In the midst of the TWO large totes of Fall/Winter clothing, I found this adorable little thing. How cute is this?
John Deere is for both, girls & boys!

Meet the Teacher Night

Thursday was Meet the Teacher night at Mother's Day Out. Zane & Berkley will both attend this year. They will attend on Tuesdays & Thursdays beginning September 7th. I was worried a little about Berkley wanting to stay, but as you will see below, she made herself right at home. Now, the napping thing is going to be a problem; she ONLY sleeps in her crib or pack-n-play. We will see how the mat works out!

Getting ready to meet their teachers

Do you think my kids get their pictures taken enough?
Their cheesing faces! We went to Berkley's class first. She made herself at home while I filled out the necessary paperwork. Zane likes his new class too. It was raining like carzy when we arrived. And as we were leaving, we saw this beautiful rainbow! ~Patsi~

The Framing has began!

The framing on our new place began last week. This is pictures taken from Wednesday. We go out everyday, but it has been dark & the pictures haven't turned out so well. But we are so excited that this part of the building process has began! YEAH!

Camping again

We spent the weekend at Lake Texoma again. The kids completely LOVE it! We swam, played on the boat, fished, cooked out, ate s'mores, & relaxed. Zane & Berkley can both have fun with rocks, dirt, & sticks. They just love being outdoors.

Playing on the park swing

She also likes the slide.
Zane loves the park & any piece of equipment in it.

Berkley is a "daddy's girl"!
Playing on the tire swing with Papa Cassidy.

Zane & Acerman
Berkley in her polka dot bikini!
On Sunday, Zane, Papa, & Patrick all got up early & headed to do some fishing. Zane caught 2!
Here is the catfish he caught. He was a little freaked out because as soon as he would touch it, it would start flopping all around.

Camping, loving kids
Finally he got a hold on that catfish!
Papa Cassidy, Zane & Patrick
Peek-a-boo, I see you!
Sorry, I am waiting so long between posts. I am trying to get my real estate license. I am doing correspondence courses via careerwebschool.com & UT in Arlington. I trying to get it done & over with so I am working every spare minute to finish the book work.

We do have a slab at the new house. They were to begin framing today so stay tuned for pictures to come soon.

Ringling Brothers & Barnum & Bailey Circus

August 14th, Patrick & I took the kids to the circus. I had never been to the circus so I was pumped! We knew Zane would love it, but we were really unsure of how Berkley would react. I must admit: the tickets were pricey, it was too long for many children with WAY too much down time, & I was just not too impressed. I will also tell you that I had high expectations. I was expecting the Dumbo thing, you know bears on bikes. There were some pretty impressive tricks, but I was hoping to see more animals. There were very few animals, but the kids did love it!

My babies enjoying the circus.

Daddy's favorite part .. the hot chick in red!
Berkley taking it all in.
Not sure if you can tell, but the man in this picture is on a motorcycle on a high wire with a female hanging. Pretty cool!
Seriously this was Patrick's favorite ... all the motorcycles doing tricks in the cage.
Tigers .... I love tigers!
These are the VERY flexible men! Not sure how they can do all the things they do!
I love elephants too! This was my favorite!
Our happy, silly little man after the circus!

Some family time at Memaw's house

Last weekend, the kids & I spent the day at Memaw's house. Zane loves being there! (Of course, because he acts like he was raised in a barn!) He loves playing with Norman & Nolan! I went a little camera crazy (who would have thought, not me!).

Berkley loves to give kisses.

Her little "pucker" is so cute! Aunt Nae, Zane, Berkley & Memaw Some front yard football with Norman & Nolan. Some monkeying around!

Little Norman (Starla's oldest son)
Nolan (Starla's youngest son)
Two peas in a pod!
Nolan is so good with Berkley, & she just loves him!
The calmer ones!
And all the nieces & nephews just love their Aunt Nae!
